I originally made Darth Ferra Purple because I thought that purple was a beautiful color for a TwiLek female. However, after talking things over with Dave, it turns out that he wanted Darth Fera to be red. So here are two different colorings of Darth Ferra. The final color for Darth Ferra will be the one that Dave chooses. Which version do you prefer?

Since I am currently working on the character image for Darth Furor, I’m putting up a preview of the image before it’s done. Inspired by Jedi knight, Kit Fisto, Darth Furor is from the same race and looks quite similar in characteristics. However, he is a Sith with mastery of Force lightning.
When designing the character Lumn’Vita, I looked at my two favorite Jedis for inspiration. Lumn’Vita is a combination of Obi Wan Kenobi and Qui Gon Jin.
Now I know that I am quite far from being a great colorist, but I have to admit that my coloring skills are improving. It’s now to the point where I can show closeups of my artwork and not be embarrassed that people will spot the areas where I was lazy. For example. take a look at this closeup of Darth Ferra that I recently did in the characters section.
For anybody wondering, the cover artwork for Star Wars X was actually inspired by the artists at Ubisoft. A few years ago, Ubisoft had an amazing poster for Prince of Persia: Warrior Within. I have always loved this artwork and used it as inspiration for the cover art of the webcomic.
